Product Description:
- This product is matcha made from tea leaves grown in Shizuoka Prefecture with minimal environmental impact and without the use of pesticides.
- It can be used to make sweets and cakes, or to add milk to make a latte, or to pour over ice cream or yogurt.
How to Use:
- For Tea Whisk: Put 1 teaspoon (about 1g) into a teacup, pour in hot water (50cc), and stir quickly.
- For Teapot: Put 1 teaspoon (about 1g) into a teapot, pour in hot water (about 100cc). After rotating the teapot horizontally about 30 times, pour into the hot water and drink.
- For Shaking Matcha in a Bottle: Add 50ml of water and 150ml of boiling water to a mug bottle and add a heaping spoonful of matcha. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously about 20 to 30 times. Fill with ice until the lid closes. Close the lid tightly and shake again about 10 times and it's done.
