Product Description:

• To allow you to fully enjoy the flavor of soba and the aroma of matcha, this tea is made with whole-ground buckwheat flour from Togakushi Village, Nagano Prefecture, Tenryu matcha from the foot of the Southern Alps upstream of the Tenryu River in Shizuoka Prefecture, and meltwater from the foot of Mount Zao.
• Supervised by tea master Ken Sasaki, winner of the highest gold award at the World Green Tea Competition in 2009 and 2013, Tenryu Matcha is made from tencha tea grown at an altitude of 600 meters, close to the green tea production limit, resulting in high-quality matcha in both flavor and color.
• Tenryu matcha from Shizuoka Prefecture is cultivated with minimal fertilizer to preserve the tea's natural flavor and color.
• The buckwheat flour was carefully selected and newly developed to allow you to fully enjoy the aroma of Tenryu matcha.
• 8g of this matcha is kneaded into each 200g bag (2 servings).
