How to Use:

• Put one pack into about 400cc of boiling water, simmer thoroughly over low heat, and drink in portions several times a day as a substitute for tea. If you leave the pack in, it will become too strong, so remove it.
• Chill in the refrigerator. After simmering as described above, cool the water, transfer to a plastic bottle or water pot, and store in the refrigerator.
• For teapots: Pop one pack into your teapot and add the amount of hot water you want to drink. If you like it strong, pour it slowly, and if you like it weak, pour the hot water into a teacup quickly.

Usage Notes:

• Please use as soon as possible after opening.
• The tea bags used in this product are made of thin, see-through paper to improve the color, taste, and aroma. Fine powder from the ingredients in the pack may leak out and adhere to the inside of the inner bag, but this does not affect the quality of the product, so please use it with peace of mind.
• Although this product is a natural food, please discontinue use if you are feeling unwell or experience any other adverse reactions.
